March 2020

A Bellringer’s Lament
We must Single-minded Stay at home now,
and no longer Sally forth to call people to worship.
It’s all very Dodgy.
Restrictions are being Doubled and Tripled every day.
It’s not just a Minor glitch but a Major problem now.
A right Royal mess.
No apPealing to common sense or Catering for different opinions.
It makes the heart Cinque.
I’d bet a few Bob that when I’m a Grandsire,
and finally Clappered out no one will believe my Tail,
when I talk about what happened this year.
